TE Series Vibrating Washing Screens

TE Series Vibrating Washing Screens are high-capacity screening equipment designed to precisely classify the crushed material into desired sizes and at the same time clean it by washing in fixed crushing and screening facilities. Vibrating screens, which can take part in primary, secondary or tertiary screening stages depending on the flow chart and production targets of the facility, offer high efficiency by combining the screening and washing process in a single system. TE Series vibrating washing screens, which can be produced in 2, 3 or 4-layer configurations according to customer demands and the targeted end product variety, maximize process quality by effectively removing clay, dust and fine contaminants on the surface while simultaneously classifying the aggregate in different fractions.

Designed taking into account heavy service conditions and continuous operation requirements, the system provides high-level protection in areas where wear is most intense. The feeding area, where the material is first poured from the conveyor belt, and the casting chutes, where the separated product is discharged, are equipped with bolted protection linings. High-pressure washing nozzles, which are standard on each screen layer, ensure that the material is washed homogeneously across the entire screen surface, offering high washing performance with low water consumption.
