The aggregate weighing bin uses a load cell to weigh the material in the aggregate bunkers with high precision and transfers the appropriate amount to the conveying system according to the production recipe. This process is a critical step in ensuring that concrete is produced in accordance with quality standards.

Aggregates are transported from the weighing hopper to the twin-shaft mixer via a bucket transfer system. The bucket system ensures precise and controlled material transfer, guaranteeing a homogeneous mix and high production standards. Thanks to its durable construction and optimized transport speed, it delivers uninterrupted and efficient operation even under intense production conditions

The top group unit is a system that precisely weighs the cement, water, and chemical additives used in concrete production. The twin-shaft mixer is the main unit used in concrete production to ensure all components are mixed homogeneously. Thanks to its powerful motor design and wear-resistant protective liners, it offers long-lasting performance. Once the mixing process is complete, the concrete is discharged quickly and in a controlled manner via a hydraulic piston system.

A cement silo is a unit where cement used in concrete production is stored under safe and dry conditions. Silo capacity can be customized to different volumes depending on project requirements.

The control cabin is the central hub from which all production processes at the concrete plant are managed. Thanks to its user-friendly and professional automation interface, operators can easily define the appropriate mixes for the type of concrete to be produced and control the production process with high precision.

Thanks to the maintenance hatches located in the gearbox area of the twin-shaft mixer, easy access to the gearbox, belt, shaft, and bearing assemblies is provided, allowing maintenance and inspection procedures to be carried out efficiently.

Additionally, the mixer is equipped with manual grease points to ensure that lubrication operations are not interrupted in the event the automatic lubrication system fails. This allows necessary lubrication to be performed manually, thereby supporting continuous production.
