TE Series Vibrating Screens

TE Series Vibrating Inclined Screens are high-capacity separation equipment designed to precisely classify crushed material into desired sizes in fixed crushing and screening facilities. Vibrating screens, which can take part in primary and all stages of the facility depending on the flow chart and production targets, offer a flexible operation infrastructure. TE Series vibrating screens, which can be produced in 2, 3 or 4-layer configurations according to customer demands and the targeted final product variety, maximize the overall quality of the process by sorting aggregates in different fractions simultaneously and with high efficiency.

The feeding area, where the material is first poured from the conveyor belt, and the casting chutes, where the separated product is discharged, are equipped with bolted protection linings.

The double motor configuration preferred in large-sized screens prevents accumulation even in difficult materials by increasing vibration transmission with the double shaft and eccentric weight mechanism. While the central grease fitting points on the machine make periodic maintenance extremely practical, the maintenance time of the enterprises is reduced to a minimum thanks to the easily replaceable screen wires.

  • Central Lubrication System: Easy and safe periodic lubrication opportunity via grease fittings for long-lasting operation of bearing and shaft mechanisms.
  • Mesh Options: Steel, polyurethane, non-clogging, Hardox® 450 perforated screen mesh or grid type screen mesh alternatives that can be easily selected and changed according to the abrasiveness, moisture and size of the stone being processed.
  • Locking Bolt System: The special locked bolt connection system used in the screen wires is designed to be assembled and disassembled only with special tightening equipment. This structure ensures safe use by preventing the bolts from loosening during operation and prevents connection problems caused by vibration.
