Serrated Screens are heavy-duty screening equipment designed to be used in the pre-screening process of sticky and moist materials with high clay content. While the material is effectively separated thanks to the rotary gear shafts, large-sized materials are directed to the next crushing stage and fine material is removed from the system. Gear screens, which are generally used in the primary screening stage in stationary crushing and screening plants, increase the plant capacity and crusher efficiency by reducing the amount of fine material reaching the crusher.
Designed taking into account heavy service conditions and continuous operation requirements, the system offers long-lasting performance under harsh working conditions thanks to its high-torque drive mechanism and wear-resistant gear shafts. While the body structure is supported by reinforced steel construction in areas where impact and wear are intense, service operations can be carried out in a short time thanks to the modular design that provides easy access to parts requiring maintenance.
High torque motor-reducer drive system is used as standard in all models of Toothed Screens.. Gear shafts that work synchronously with each other move the material continuously, preventing clogging and clogging that may occur due to clay and moisture.
