HY-600/2 Screw Washer

HY-600/2 Screw Washer is a compact and highly efficient washing unit designed to purify fine sand in the 0-10 mm fraction from foreign substances such as mud, clay and silt in crushing-screening and washing facilities. This model, which requires 55-205 m³ of water per hour depending on the material density and pollution rate of the business, carries out the cleaning process with minimum water loss thanks to its optimized vessel geometry. The equipment, which provides stable performance on fixed lines, has a material processing capacity of 60 tons per hour.

It carries the material upwards on helix lines by washing it with the reverse flow principle. The motor and gearbox group, positioned independently for each helical shaft, prevents mechanical stress by providing high torque transfer.
