CLK-160 Jaw Crusher
CLK-160 Jaw Crusher is the highest power point reached by fixed jaw crusher technology and the highest capacity model of the series. Developed for the world’s largest integrated mining enterprises, huge quarries and mega infrastructure projects, the jaw crusher directly processes giant rock blocks with a jaw opening of 150-300 mm. It provides an uninterrupted and huge material flow, exhibiting an extreme production capacity of 1000-1800 tons per hour.
CLK-160 The Jaw Crusher is configured on the basis of near-zero structural wear and maximum wear resistance. Heavy industrial type bearing bearing group and high torque resistant eccentric shaft design transfer even the heaviest impact loads to the chassis without any damage.
Features
- High Performance Primer Crushing: Regardless of the degree of hardness and abrasiveness, it reduces all kinds of ores to a size suitable for the secondary stage with a high reduction rate in a single stage.
- Elliptical Compression and Explosion: Thanks to the elliptical shaking movement of the eccentric shaft-driven moving jaw, it breaks the material with high efficiency by compressing and bursting it between the fixed jaws.
- Heavy Duty Drive: Heavy flywheels, which transmit engine power through a belt-pulley mechanism, store kinetic energy and prevent torque loss even in the most difficult breaks.
- Precise Hydraulic Output Adjustment: The outlet opening (CSS) can be adjusted in a short time with the help of the hydraulic system, and the targeted product size is easily achieved. *optional
- Double Sided Wear Parts: High manganese alloy jaw liners can be used on both sides by reversing them; modular liners offer long part life and low operating costs.
- Load Reduction System: By sensing the rising pressure at the inlet of unbreakable foreign material, it automatically opens the outlet, discharges the object without damage and continues production without interruption. *optional
- Continuous Feeding System: When the hopper is loaded above capacity, it detects this and reduces the feeder speed autonomously, completely preventing jams in the crushing room. *optional
