CLK-11-75 Jaw Crusher

It detects when material enters the jaw crusher above its capacity and automatically reduces the feeding speed. This ensures that the material inside the crusher chamber is crushed efficiently and smoothly without jamming. Once the crushing process is completed, the feeding speed increases again, and the secondary jaw crusher returns to its standard operating performance.

It is one of the primary wear parts where the crushing process actively takes place. Through the reciprocating motion generated by the pitman, it crushes material by compressing it against the fixed jaw. Its high-manganese cast steel structure provides superior resistance to impact and abrasion, delivering a long service life.

The Load Reduction System detects the rising pressure when uncrushable or foreign material enters the jaw crusher and automatically increases the discharge opening. This allows the foreign material to be safely discharged from the crusher.
Once the process is completed, the discharge opening returns to the level set by the operator, and the crusher continues uninterrupted production at the desired standards.
