Load Reduction System detects the rising pressure when unwanted or unbreakable material enters the cone crusher and automatically increases the crusher outlet opening. It is a crushing element that is mounted on the main shaft of the cone crusher and rotates and oscillates with eccentric motion. It applies the crushing force by compressing the hard and abrasive materials entering the crushing chamber against the fixed concave surface. Its structure with high impact and friction resistance maximizes wear life even in the most difficult rocks.

It abets the compression and crushing processes of the materials pushed towards the mantle. This part, which has high resistance to abrasion, protects the outer body sheet of the crusher by completely insulating it against impacts.

The crushing gap setting can be adjusted easily and precisely to the desired extent in line with the values ​​entered into the control panel via the automation system.
