FBB-C Series Crusher-Top Belt Feeding Bunkers are high-efficiency feeding systems developed for the purpose of feeding cone crushers, secondary impact crushers, tertiary crushers and vertical shaft crushers in stationary crushing-screening facilities. The material loaded into the bunker is transferred to the crusher uninterruptedly and homogeneously by vibrating in a controlled manner by the double vibro motor integrated into the body. Thanks to its structure that provides balanced material flow, it increases the crusher performance and prevents capacity fluctuations, contributing to the efficient and stable operation of the facility.
Featuring heavy-duty reinforced steel construction FBB-C The series is designed to withstand intense loading conditions. Thanks to the grizsystem that can be optionally applied to the feeding mouth, equipment safety is increased by preventing large-sized stones, wood, iron and similar foreign materials from reaching the crusher. Additionally, optional internal protection linings protect surfaces exposed to wear, extending bunker life and significantly reducing maintenance costs.
