TK-65 Tertiary Impact Crusher
The TK-65 Tertiary Crusher is an ideal solution, typically used as a third-stage crusher, efficiently meeting the industry’s demand for 0–5 mm sand in the processing of medium-hard and hard materials. This machine, which accepts feeds with a maximum size of 120 mm, performs the crushing process by hitting the material against the impact aprons, thanks to its high-speed double-sided rotor structure. The adjustable outlet opening mechanism on the body allows precise control of the targeted product size.
For routine service processes, the crusher body is designed to be opened from both sides via hydraulic pistons. The fact that all inner linings and pallets on the rotor that are exposed to wear are bolted type allows part replacements to be completed in a short time in the construction site environment.
The rotor structure, whose strength has been increased by applying heat treatment, serves fixedly at a single point for many years without experiencing structural fatigue in high-speed operating tempo.
Features
- High Sand and Dust Rate: Thanks to its special internal design, it produces a high rate of 0-5 mm ready-mixed concrete and asphalt aggregate in a single cycle.

- Bolted Internal Linings and Pallets: Thanks to the bolted assembly structure that does not require welding, worn parts are replaced in the optimum time.
