TK-100 Tertiary Impact Crusher
TK-100 Tertiary Crusher is an industrial crusher designed to turn medium-hard materials coming from the secondary stage in crushing-screening facilities into sand form with high capacity. This model, which operates with a high tonnage cycle per hour, breaks the material by hitting the opposite pendulums at high speed through its double-sided heavy-duty rotor. The adjustable outlet in its mechanical structure meets the fine aggregate standards required by concrete plants and asphalt plants without fail.
The advanced body design extends the chassis life by minimizing the vibration produced by the machine at high speeds. Thanks to the hydraulically openable outer covers, pallet and liner inspections can be carried out on site without the need to completely disassemble the crusher. The fully bolted inner lining group provides stability in operating costs by directly reducing wear-related downtime.
Features
- High Sand and Dust Rate: Thanks to its special internal design, it produces a high rate of 0-5 mm ready-mixed concrete and asphalt aggregate in a single cycle.
- Bidirectional Rotor Movement: The rotor’s ability to rotate in both directions ensures equal wear on both surfaces of the pallets, doubling consumable life.
- Heat Treated Durable Rotor: Heavy-duty rotor with high balance accuracy, resistant to impacts and dynamic stresses under high speed.
- Hydraulic Body Opening System: Hydraulic piston body mechanism that provides quick access to internal parts, rotor pallets and impact aprons during maintenance.
- Bolted Internal Linings and Pallets: Thanks to the bolted assembly structure that does not require welding, worn parts are replaced in the optimum time.
