An aggregate bin is a unit used to store aggregates in concrete production. It is typically designed to hold four different types of aggregates in separate compartments. Each compartment ensures the orderly and controlled feeding of the different types of aggregates.

The aggregate weighing hopper uses a load cell to weigh the material in the aggregate hoppers with high precision and transfers the appropriate amount to the conveying system according to the production recipe. This process is a critical step in ensuring that concrete is produced in accordance with quality standards.

The transfer belt continuously and controllably transports the weighed aggregates to the twin-shaft mixer. Thanks to its durable belt construction, it ensures high efficiency even under demanding operating conditions. The short belt length allows it to operate at a lower incline angle, thereby increasing energy efficiency and enabling high-capacity material transfer.

The Holding hopper minimizes mixing times by keeping the aggregate for the next batch ready on the mixer. It ensures that production continues uninterrupted and at maximum speed by immediately transferring the material as soon as the mixer empties. This strategic unit, which prevents time loss, significantly increases the facility’s operational efficiency.

The top group unit is a system that precisely weighs the cement, water, and chemical additives used in concrete production. The twin-shaft mixer is the main unit where all components used in concrete production are mixed homogeneously. It offers long-lasting performance thanks to its powerful motor design and wear-resistant protective liners. Once the mixing process is complete, the concrete is discharged quickly and in a controlled manner via a hydraulic piston system.

A cement silo is a unit where cement used in concrete production is stored under safe and dry conditions. Silo capacity can be customized to different volumes depending on project requirements.

Thanks to the maintenance hatches located in the gearbox area of the twin-shaft mixer, easy access to the gearbox, belt, shaft, and bearing assemblies is provided, allowing maintenance and inspection procedures to be carried out efficiently.

Additionally, the mixer is equipped with manual grease points to ensure that lubrication operations are not interrupted in the event the automatic lubrication system fails. This allows necessary lubrication to be performed manually, thereby supporting continuous production.
