PDK-120 Primary Turbo Impact Crusher is a high-performance production center designed for high-capacity first stage crushing processes of large-scale infrastructure projects, quarries and mining operations.
Thanks to its improved crushing chamber structure, it easily accepts large block stones up to 700 mm in size and completes the crushing process by producing high kinetic energy with its Ø 1200 x 1200 mm rotor. Supported by 250 kW engine power, the system operates at a high capacity of 200-300 tons per hour.
Body static strength is extra reinforced PDK-120. It exhibits a vibration-free working discipline by absorbing the dynamic shock waves created by the high-speed rotor. The outlet opening can be precisely controlled with the help of adjustable crushing impact aprons. Thanks to its fully bolted type internal protection linings and hydraulic cover opening mechanism, it provides fast service in the construction site environment and minimizes the downtime of the facility.
- High Capacity Primary Crushing: It effectively breaks large-sized stones and rocks in the first stage and produces material suitable for the secondary crushing stage.

- Wear-Resistant Alloy Parts: High manganese and chrome alloy rotor pallets, pendulums and inner linings are manufactured from materials with high wear resistance and offer a long service life.
- Wide Feeding Design: The wide mouth structure, which prevents clogging, allows large-sized materials to be easily fed into the crushing chamber.
