LW-2060/2 Gravel Washer is a heavy-duty washing unit engineered to meet the high tonnage coarse material cleaning requirements of medium and large-scale aggregate production centers. The machine accepts materials in the size range of 10-100 mm directly into its trough, 113-363 per hour. m³ It works within the water consumption range and makes the densest clayey and muddy aggregates comply with the standards. Thanks to its high production flow rate of 130 tons per hour, it maximizes the efficiency of the next stages of the process.

• 10–100 mm Coarse Aggregate Washing: It dissolves clay, mud and stubborn contaminants stuck to the surface of coarse materials with high efficiency, providing a clean final product that complies with concrete and asphalt standards.
• Independent Dual Drive System: Both washing spindles are driven by their own independent motor and reducer; In this way, torque transmission is optimized and the risk of mechanical failure under heavy load is completely minimized.
• High Torque Heavy Duty Capacity: With its high torque power that will overcome the resistance created by large and dense materials, it provides uninterrupted operation without clogging and clogging.
• Replaceable Wear Paddles:  Paddles, fixed on the shafts with a bolt connection and made of special alloys that are extra resistant to abrasion, offer fast service in the field and long part life.
• Reinforced Chassis and Optional Galvanization: The steel body structure, reinforced against heavy dynamic loads and the corrosion effect of water, can be fully protected against corrosion with the optional galvanized coating option.
• Optimum Water and Material Management: While it quickly removes dirty water and dissolved fine particles from the system, it transports the cleaned aggregate towards the exit point with a safe and controlled flow rate.
