HY-1200/2 Screw Washer is a high-capacity dewatering and washing unit engineered for high-capacity crushing-screening-washing facilities and large-scale industrial aggregate production centers. This giant machine, which separates even the densest undesirable products in the material without any errors, with a water supply of 190-660 m³ per hour, exhibits a high production volume of 200 tons per hour, thanks to its extended double shaft structure.
Configured on the basis of uninterrupted material flow and near-zero operational downtime for large-scale investments, HY-1200/2 screw washer offers a vibration-free working discipline with its monoblock heavy chassis architecture. The high-torque double motor structure, which drives each helical shaft separately, maximizes take-off strength under heavy sand load. This model, which is produced to serve fixedly at a single point for many years, directly reduces operating and maintenance costs thanks to its modular rubber linings and sealed outer bearing housings.
