Apron Feeders are used in crushing-screening facilities where other feeding equipment is inadequate; They are heavy-duty feeding systems developed to feed difficult materials, especially those with very large, abrasive, wet and sticky characteristics, to crushers. The material loaded into the bunker is placed in a sealed container. D4 It is transported in a controlled manner on cast manganese tracks connected to type heavy-duty chains and transferred to the crusher uninterruptedly and homogeneously. This powerful mechanism provides superior performance in demanding operations, preventing capacity fluctuations and increasing the efficiency of the entire system.
Apron Feeders, which have an extra robust construction made of rolled steel beams, are designed to fully withstand high impact loading conditions. Thanks to the special steel impact rails placed under the tracks, the severe impact effects caused by large rocks are dampened and the tracks are prevented from suffering permanent deformation. The sealed and lubricated for life chain structure extends the life of the equipment and minimizes maintenance costs.
- Application Area: Regular feeding of large, wet, sticky or dirty materials in mining and crushing-screening facilities.
- Drive System: Energy-saving system that provides soft start and stop by controlling the motor speed with a frequency driver (VFD).
- Body Structure: Extra-robust chassis manufactured from rolled steel beams, interconnected with cross members for maximum strength.
- Feeding: Sealed and lubricated for life D4 High capacity, uninterrupted and balanced material flow provided by type track chains.
- Impact Protection: Heavy-duty full-length steel impact rails that prevent permanent deformation of manganese alloy tracks under severe impact load.
