KBB Series Sand Feeding Bunkers

KBB Series Sand Feeding Bunkers are designed to transfer sand and fine aggregate to the process in a regular, controlled and uninterrupted manner in fixed crushing-screening and fixed crushing-screening-washing facilities. The material loaded into the bunker is homogeneously mobilized thanks to the vibration created by the double vibro motor integrated into the feeder and is continuously fed to the belt conveyor. In this way, the material flow is balanced, supply continuity is ensured and the overall production efficiency of the facility is increased.

Featuring heavy-duty reinforced steel construction, the KBB Series offers long-lasting and reliable performance in harsh operating conditions. Grizzly system that can be optionally applied to the feeding chamber; It contributes to the protection of the conveyor and subsequent equipment by preventing large-sized stones, wood, iron and similar foreign materials from entering the system. In addition, with optional internal protection linings, the bunker body gains additional resistance against abrasion and maintenance costs are reduced.
