CLK-60 Jaw Crusher is a primary crushing machine that is optimized to function in the first stage of crushing-screening plants and responds to low and medium-sized capacity requirements. This unit, which resolutely accepts high hardness materials from the most challenging quarries and mining sites, feeds ideal size material to the next stages of the process thanks to its jaw opening that can be adjusted between 30-100 mm. With a production flow rate varying between 60-120 tons per hour, it stabilizes the material flow throughout the facility.

It crushes the material by compressing and exploding it between fixed and movable jaw plates through the elliptical movement produced by the eccentric shaft. CLK-60Provides high reduction ratio in a single step. The strong chassis architecture and high inertia flywheel design extends bearing and shaft life by absorbing dynamic shock loads during breaking.
