DMK-03 Secondary Impact Crusher
DMK-03 Secondary Impact Crusher is a heavy-duty secondary crushing machine engineered to be positioned in high-capacity crushing-screening lines and industrial aggregate production facilities. It overcomes the most intense crushing operations with its 450 mm maximum feeding size capability and reinforced rotor group of Ø 1120 x 1500 mm. High engine power support offered in the range of 315-355 kW, depending on the stone hardness and capacity requirement of the project, provides a highly efficient production flow rate of 250-350 tons per hour.
It alleviates the load on the screens and tertiary crushers in the facility thanks to the high reduction rate achieved in a single stage. DMK-03 preserves the cubic form of the resulting product in accordance with international standards.
Features
- High Performance Secondary Crushing: It effectively crushes large-sized materials coming from primary crushers in the second stage and reduces them directly to sizes suitable for the final product or tertiary stage.
- Advanced Rotor and Impact Apron System: The high-speed rotor accelerates the material toward the impact aprons, where it is efficiently crushed. This impact mechanism ensures high crushing efficiency and excellent cubicity of the final product.
- Hydraulic Body Opening System: For maintenance, checking of linings and blow bar changes, the upper body opens in seconds via double-acting hydraulic pistons. This feature radically shortens service times.
- High Wear Resistance Alloys: Durable rotor blow bars, impact aprons and inner body coatings provide a long service life by absorbing the wear caused by hard materials.
- Maximum Reduction and Cubicity Ratio: Since it separates the material from natural fracture lines by impact, it provides high quality cubic product formation that is fully compatible with the production of asphalt, concrete and ready-mixed concrete aggregate.
- Wide Maintenance Covers and Fast Service: Thanks to the large service covers and hydraulic infrastructure around the body, safe and comfortable access to the internal parts of the machine is provided.
