DMK-01 Secondary Impact Crusher is a high-performance secondary crushing unit specially designed for the second stage of crushing in medium-sized crushing and screening plants. The secondary impact crusher, which directly accepts stone and quarry materials from primary crushers with a maximum size of 450 mm, provides a high reduction ratio through its heavy-duty rotor of Ø 1120 x 1000 mm. Supported by 160 kW engine power, the system has a material processing capacity of 130-200 tons per hour.
The DMK-01 Secondary Impact Crusher is designed for crushing medium- and high-hardness materials, particularly limestone. It produces high-quality fine and medium aggregate gradations suitable for ready-mix concrete and asphalt plants. Offering easy maintenance, this model provides service from a single point for many years, keeping operational downtime and parts replacement costs at a minimum, thanks to its hydraulic body opening systems.
- High Performance Secondary Crushing: It effectively crushes large-sized materials coming from primary crushers in the second stage and reduces them directly to sizes suitable for the final product or tertiary stage.
- Advanced Rotor and Impact Apron System: The high-speed rotor accelerates the material toward the impact aprons, where it is efficiently crushed. This impact mechanism ensures high crushing efficiency and excellent cubicity of the final product.
- Hydraulic Body Opening System: For maintenance, checking of linings and blow bar changes, the upper body opens in seconds via double-acting hydraulic pistons. This feature radically shortens service times.
- High Wear Resistance Alloys: Durable rotor blow bars, impact aprons and inner body coatings provide a long service life by absorbing the wear caused by hard materials.
- Maximum Reduction and Cubicity Ratio: Since it separates the material from natural fracture lines by impact, it provides high quality cubic product formation that is fully compatible with the production of asphalt, concrete and ready-mixed concrete aggregate.
- Wide Maintenance Covers and Fast Service: Thanks to the large service covers and hydraulic infrastructure around the body, safe and comfortable access to the internal parts of the machine is provided.
