TK-150 Tertiary Impact Crusher
TK-150 Tertiary Crusher is the highest capacity heavy-duty crushing machine in the series, configured to meet the highest level sand needs of large-scale mining sites, huge quarries and high-density industrial production lines.
It directly reduces medium hardness and large size feed material up to 120 mm to millimetric sizes in a single cycle with its extra reinforced rotor with maximum peripheral speed and expanded crushing chamber geometry. The intelligently designed outlet opening control mechanism allows product gradation to be optimized with millimetric precision according to changing recipe standards, even in very high tonnage production.
The monoblock heavy chassis architecture, which perfectly absorbs high torque and dynamic impact loads, guarantees that the machine serves from a single point for many years without experiencing structural fatigue, even at extremely intense working tempos. The fully bolted modular design of the high-alloy inner linings and heavy-duty rotor pallets surrounding the crushing chamber minimizes part renewal processes in the construction site environment, even under the most challenging wear conditions.

- High Sand and Dust Rate: Thanks to its special internal design, it produces a high rate of 0-5 mm ready-mixed concrete and asphalt aggregate in a single cycle.
- Bidirectional Rotor Movement: The rotor’s ability to rotate in both directions ensures equal wear on both surfaces of the pallets, doubling consumable life.
- Heat Treated Durable Rotor: Heavy-duty rotor with high balance accuracy, resistant to impacts and dynamic stresses under high speed.
- Hydraulic Body Opening System: Hydraulic piston body mechanism that provides quick access to internal parts, rotor pallets and impact aprons during maintenance.
- Bolted Internal Linings and Pallets: Thanks to the bolted assembly structure that does not require welding, worn parts are replaced in the optimum time.
