PDK-180 Primary Turbo Impact Crusher is an engineering structure specially configured for primary crushing lines of large-scale mining operations, huge infrastructure projects such as dams and airports. This giant crusher, which accepts giant rock blocks of 1000 mm in size directly into its chamber, operates with a rotor of Ø 1600 x 1700 mm and a double-motor 2 x 400 kW high drive system. It provides uninterrupted material flow by reaching a tremendous crushing flow rate of 500-760 tons per hour.
Positioned at the highest point of structural durability PDK-180It has a monoblock reinforced chassis architecture that will absorb the high torque produced by the dual engine and the shock impacts caused by heavy rocks. It keeps maintenance times to a minimum thanks to its advanced hydraulic body opening mechanism and wide internal geometry that facilitates part replacement.
- High Capacity Primary Crushing: It effectively breaks large-sized stones and rocks in the first stage and produces material suitable for the secondary crushing stage.
- Heavy Duty Rotor and Pendulum System: The material is accelerated by the high-speed rotor, hits the pendulums and is broken by impact. This system provides high crushing efficiency and cubic product.
- Adjustable Crushing Aperture: Thanks to the pendulum and crushing room settings, the desired product size can be easily obtained according to changing material types.
- Hydraulic Body Opening System: The upper body can be easily opened via hydraulic cylinders for maintenance, inspection and spare parts replacement. This feature significantly reduces maintenance times.
- High Cubicity and Reduction Ratio: The material produced has a high cubic form suitable for the production of asphalt and concrete aggregate; It increases process efficiency by reaching the maximum reduction rate in a single stage.
- Wear-Resistant Alloy Parts: High manganese and chrome alloy rotor pallets, pendulums and inner linings are manufactured from materials with high wear resistance and offer a long service life.
- Wide Feeding Mouth Design: The wide mouth structure, which prevents clogging, allows large-sized materials to be easily fed into the crushing chamber.
