PDK-100 The Primary Turbo Impact Crusher is a heavy-duty impact crusher engineered to meet the high-volume material production schedules of ready-mixed concrete and asphalt construction sites. It overcomes the most challenging primary crushing operations with its 600 mm maximum feeding size and powerful rotor of Ø 1200 x 1000 mm. Working with 200 kW engine power support, this unit provides a highly efficient production flow rate of 150-200 tons per hour.
Reaching a much higher reduction rate in a single stage compared to compression crushers PDK-100. It preserves the cubic form of the resulting product in accordance with international standards. The hydraulically controllable upper body structure and service covers offering easy access to wear plates ensure that the machine provides uninterrupted service from a single point for many years while reducing long-term operating costs.
