The transfer conveyor carries the weighed aggregates to the twin-shaft mixer in an uninterrupted and controlled manner. Thanks to its durable belt structure, it provides high efficiency in intense working conditions. Thanks to its short belt distance, it operates at a lower inclination angle, increasing energy efficiency and providing high capacity material transfer.

The upper group unit is a system that precisely weighs cement, water and chemical additives used in concrete production. The twin shaft mixer is the main unit where all components used in concrete production are mixed homogeneously. It offers long-lasting use thanks to its strong engine structure and wear-resistant protection linings. After the mixing process is completed, the concrete is discharged quickly and in a controlled manner with the hydraulic piston system.

Cement silo is the unit where the cement used in concrete production is stored in safe and dry conditions. Silo capacity can optionally be produced in different volumes according to project needs.

The control cabin is the center where all production processes of the concrete plant are managed. Thanks to the user-friendly and professional automation interface, operators can easily define recipes suitable for the type of concrete to be produced and control the production process with high precision.

Thanks to the maintenance covers located in the reducer area of ​​the twin shaft mixer, maintenance and control operations can be carried out practically by providing easy access to the reducer, belt, shaft and bearing units.

Additionally, there are manual grease points on the mixer to prevent lubrication operations from being interrupted in case the automatic lubrication system is disabled. In this way, necessary lubrication operations can be carried out manually and production continuity is supported.
