HY-800/2 Screw Washer is an industrial washing machine produced to meet the sand cleaning and classification needs of medium-sized mines, stream bed enterprises and aggregate facilities. Working with a water consumption flow rate of 65-230 m³ per hour, depending on the degree of contamination of the material, the screw washer reaches a sand processing capacity of 80 tons per hour, thanks to its expanded washing chamber and optimized helical lines.
It cleans the aggregate fed into the washing tub by constantly scrubbing it with a double-sided helical mechanism. HY-800/2 directs clay lumps and light particles to the discharge weirs with the buoyancy of the water. Thanks to its heavy-duty independent double motor-reducer group, the machine can work non-stop even at the most intense material loads, and thanks to its wear-resistant rubber surface coatings, it offers high performance for many years in long-term projects without experiencing structural wear at a single point.
