When material exceeding the capacity is fed into the jaw crusher, the system detects this and automatically reduces the feed rate. This ensures that the material in the crusher chamber is crushed efficiently and consistently without jamming. Once the crushing process is complete, the feed rate increases again, and the secondary jaw crusher returns to its standard operating performance.

It is one of the main wear parts where the crushing process actively takes place. Thanks to the back-and-forth motion generated by the pitman, it crushes the material by compressing it toward the fixed jaw. Its high-manganese cast steel construction provides superior resistance to impact and wear, ensuring a long service life.
Its special design enhances crushing efficiency while supporting the controlled fragmentation of the material. Its bolted mounting structure allows for quick and easy replacement in case of wear, helping to reduce maintenance downtime.

The Load Reduction System detects the increase in pressure that occurs when unwanted or uncrushable material enters the jaw crusher and automatically widens the crusher’s discharge opening. This ensures that foreign material is safely ejected from the crusher.
Once the process is complete, the discharge opening returns to the level set by the operator, and the crusher continues production uninterrupted at the desired standards.

It is one of the primary wear parts that works in conjunction with the moving jaw to crush the material.
