HTE Series Vibrating Washing Horizontal Screens are high-performance screening equipment developed to precisely classify and wash the crushed material at the same time in fixed crushing and screening facilities. Thanks to the horizontal working principle, the material remains on the screen surface for a longer time and is subjected to the sifting and washing process. In this way, superior product quality is achieved, especially in applications where clay, dust and fine contaminants must be removed.
HTE Series Vibrating Washing Horizontal Screens, which can be used in primary, secondary or tertiary screening stages depending on the flow chart and production requirements of the facility, offer solutions suitable for different capacity and product needs. The system, which can be produced in 2, 3 or 4 layers according to customer demands, increases facility efficiency by allowing aggregates of different sizes to be classified and washed simultaneously.
The low height advantage provided by the horizontal screen design allows for more compact installation in facility layouts and increases both screening and washing performance by ensuring that the material remains on the screen surface for a longer time. The body structure, designed for heavy duty conditions, provides high durability under continuous operating conditions.
Thanks to the special nozzle system integrated into each screen layer in washing screens, high pressure water is sprayed to effectively remove clay, dust and other fine contaminants from the aggregate surface. Washing nozzles working independently on each layer ensure that the material is washed homogeneously across the entire screen surface. Thanks to the optimized water distribution system, high washing performance is achieved while water consumption is kept to a minimum.
The feeding area and product discharge points, where intense wear occurs, are reinforced with replaceable protection linings. The double-motor, double-shaft and eccentric-weighted drive system, which is used as standard in all models of washing screens, ensures that the vibration movement is transferred to the screen surface in a balanced and powerful way. This structure maximizes the sifting and washing efficiency by helping to distribute the material homogeneously on the screen even under high capacity.
While the central grease points on the vibrating washing horizontal screen facilitate maintenance operations, maintenance times are shortened and production continuity is maintained thanks to the quick-change screen wires.
