FWF Series Wobbler Feeders; They are heavy-duty units designed to feed and pre-screen raw materials, especially those that are moist, sticky, clayey and contain a high percentage of fine fractions, into crushing-screening facilities. This system, which consists of disc groups placed with special profiles on shafts lined up parallel to each other, constantly carries the material forward with the synchronized rotation movement of the shafts. During this movement, fine materials filtered through the openings between the discs are removed from the system (bypass) before entering the main crusher. Thus, while unnecessary load on the crusher, mechanical wear and energy consumption are minimized, the overall crushing and screening efficiency of the facility is directly increased.
The movement mechanism of wobbler feeders is based on a high-torque chain and gear infrastructure that provides lossless power transfer between shafts. The kinetic energy received from the drive unit is transferred to sequential shafts through chain gears, ensuring synchronized operation of all discs even under heavy and demanding loads. Robust chassis structure reinforced for heavy duty conditions; It easily absorbs impact shocks caused by large blocks, variable feeding flow rates and continuous working stress. At the same time, the continuous and simultaneous rotating movement of the discs prevents sticky aggregates from accumulating on the surface, creating a self-cleaning structure and completely eliminating the risk of clogging.
- Humid and Clayey Material Processing: It ensures that sticky, clayey and difficult rocks with high fine content are fed to the facility with a stable flow rate without clogging.
- Pre-Selection (Bypass) Advantage: By separating fine fractions that do not need to be crushed, it relieves the load on the main crusher, increases production capacity and reduces the wear costs of crusher parts.
- Synchronized Disc Mechanism: Specially profiled discs on parallel shafts ensure that the material is both moved forward and screened with harmonious rotation movement.
- Self Cleaning: The frictional and continuous rotation movement of the discs mechanically prevents the system from clogging by preventing moist material from adhering to the disc surfaces.
- High Torque Chain-Gear Drive: The heavy-duty chain and gear system that provides power transfer between shafts offers lossless power transmission even in large blocks and heavy loads.
- Balanced and Controlled Nutrition: It balances the rhythm of the plant and the performance of the crushers by transferring material to subsequent crushing equipment at a controlled speed.
