KYS-1530 Helical Bucket Washer is an innovative hybrid washing system developed to wash, classify and dewater fine aggregate and sand fractions with high efficiency. This model, which has a material processing capacity of 120-150 tons per hour, operates with a water consumption of 120-150 m³ and exhibits a performance beyond traditional bucket systems. The 15 kW drive motor located at the center of the system synchronously drives the helical shaft integrated into the bucket wheel. The fed material is perfectly cleaned of clay, silt and other fine contaminants by continuous mixing by the wear-resistant screw blades.

While the most stubborn contaminants stuck to the aggregate are dissolved by the intense turbulence created by the helix shafts in the washing tub, the bucket wheel carries the cleaned material upwards and carries out the first stage dewatering.
